If your SE AUDIOTECHNIK product has a material or manufacturing defect, you can claim under the warranty directly from us or through your dealer. Please have your proof of purchase ready – it is required for processing.

In order to verify your warranty claim, it may be necessary to send in the product or have it inspected by an authorised partner. Please note that wear parts, improper use or unauthorised repairs are not covered by the warranty.
